Chuck Melocco has held a class A Mechanical Contracting license in Colorado since 1974 and operated a Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning business for over 20 years. He also holds a City of Denver Refrigeration Supervisors license. During the 20 years he operated his business he was continually involved with architects, facility managers, building owners and homeowners, in the evaluation and inspection of existing homes, office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, schools, etc. Chuck started his inspection business in 1995, after completing some additional training with ITA (Inspection Training Associates). The following is a partial listing of his Educational background, which combined with his hands on experience, enables him to provide a through, professional inspection with support in maintenance, remodel and or additions for his clients.
